Lena Björck, founder of Inn or Out Ltd, the gourmet catering company - "From Waitress to CEO of Europe’s leading gourmet catering company, serving HM The Queen and President Clinton" .With a passion for service that was not satisfied as a breakfast supervisor in a London 5 Star hotel, Lena started up her gourmet catering company, Inn or Out, 10 years ago, by delivering cakes to clients via the London Underground. Without any formal education or financial backing, she related how she built her company into one of Europe’s leading catering and events businesses, producing memorable functions for her blue-chip client base. Along the way, she has garnered several awards including Business Woman of the Year in 1999, was runner-up in the 2007 Entrepreneur of the Year contest sponsored by the Evening Standard and recently cooked for the Queen’s 80th birthday at Marlborough House.
