Luke Davies,
Founder of Workshare – The quintessential serial entrepreneur

Luke Davies is one of the three founders of Workshare, a London and San Francisco based company which supplies specialist software to some 14,000 law firms in 65 countries, including 85% of the global top 250 firms. In 2007, the company also won the Microsoft ISV global partner of the year.

Holding the roles of CFO and Sales Director, Luke helped grow Workshare from start-up to the dominant player in its marketplace. He and his partners participated in two partial equity sales to international VCs, and still remain one of the largest shareholding groups in the business. He stayed on the board of Workshare from 2002 to 2005.

Luke brought Sandler Training, ranked as the No.1 training organisation by Entrepreneur Magazine, into Workshare to move sales to the next level. He was so impressed by Sandler's approach to selling and business development that he set up a London arm in 2006, and has big plans for where he would like to take Sandler Training in the coming years. He has also recently set up two software start-ups and holds an MBA from Imperial College, University of London.
